Second Edition of Albion Exchange News
Welcome to the second edition of Albion Exchange News
In this edition you will find the latest project news and links to our freshly launched social media platform.
As we enter the Christmas and New Year period, the team at Geon Property would like to wish you a happy and safe holiday season and offer our very best wishes for a happy and healthy 2019.
Since the last edition of Albion Exchange News, our team has continued consultations across the local community and with specialist advisors as we review and revise our development plans in response to feedback.
In particular, we are working through matters concerning our Stage 1 building size and shape, traffic, pedestrian and cycle access. We have also been active in investigating best practice in built form and landscape design for accessibility requirements to meet the needs of not only people with disabilities but also others who have particular mobility concerns at various times, including for example, parents with prams and people with temporary and permanent physical limitations.
Design work will continue over the next few weeks and we hope to be in a position to share our revised plans early in 2019.
